The sausage casings material with HACCP certificate,safe and non-toxic, vacuum sealed package with a shelf life of 18 months.Authentic casings may have a mild, characteristic odor. Sensitivity varies by individual.
NO 'SHORTS' casing off-cuts which could be as short as 2ft. We only use the A grade hog casing, each more than 2M/6.5ft, package total comes with the 10M/32ft sausage casing.

Soak the casing in warm water for 20-30 minutes to remove the salt before using the casing, Then just stuff your desired food with the sausage casing and you're ready to cook.
