304 Stainless Steel Construction: Made with 304 stainless steel components for regular kitchen meat filling use. Please clean all food-contact parts before first use and after each use.
5 Stainless Steel Nozzles: Comes with multiple nozzle styles for making different jerky strips, meat sticks, sausages, and salami-style shapes. Please check the included nozzle shapes before use.
Manual Filling Handle: The hand-operated handle allows controlled meat filling without an electric machine. The included meat pusher helps press ground meat into the barrel before filling.
Use Note: For better jerky forming results, use lean ground meat and mix evenly before filling. If the meat mixture is too fatty or too loose, the jerky strips may separate during drying or cooking.
